About this role

 

 As Talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal end-to-end strategic programs focusing on building talent pipeline, sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding in order to acquire right talents for ABACUS, as well as building employee branding for ABACUS digital.has context menu

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored to specific job roles, including job analysis, talent pool identification, sourcing, screening, and selection.

  • Be a partner to hiring managers to provide recruiting strategies, guidelines and expertise, and assistance in recruitment related matters. Provide hiring managers with information regarding current market conditions, trends, and salary benchmarking.

  • Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates and to build talent network   by utilizing available sourcing tools/ platforms.  

  • Conduct a comprehensive screening interview with the candidates to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and culture fit.

  • Be a talent acquisition champion to recommend ideas and recruiting initiatives, including recruiting process improvement

  • Involve in all recruitment related activities for internship, fresh graduate and experience hiring. Coordinate with external partners for roadshows, job fairs, and other recruiting activities. 

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to team and internal stakeholders.

  • Possess strong expertise in sourcing technical positions such as Mobile App Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Machine Learning specialists. Proficient in sourcing candidates with expertise in technologies such as Java - Spring Framework, Javascript and Typescript, Flutter/Dart, Python, Go, SQL and NoSQL databases.

Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years in corporate or agency recruiting, with end-to-end experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles is preferred.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers across tech and corporate functions.

  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media tools, and job board sourcing with Boolean search expertise

  • Proven teamworking capability, stakeholder management, and networking skills.

  • Target-driven with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently
