We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Head of Contracted Services to lead our contracted services team, overseeing procurement processes and vendor management to deliver maximum value. This role requires a capable and hands-on leader who can independently lead major procurement projects, manage end-to-end vendor relationships, and drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.

 
You will be responsible for designing or recommending best-practice procurement processes that support IPO readiness and regulatory compliance, while ensuring high standards of operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As a manager at ABACUS Digital, you will lead a small team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Lead and supervise the contracted services team, providing hands-on guidance and performance feedback.

• Oversee daily procurement operations with a focus on accuracy, speed, and continual improvement.

• Independently lead and manage major procurement initiatives as a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Design and/or recommend procurement processes that meet IPO and regulatory requirements, ensuring audit readiness and full compliance.

• Partner with the legal and risk teams to manage documentation and contract compliance.

• Work cross-functionally to align procurement activities with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and hands-on execution.

• Experience leading procurement as a project manager, especially in fast-moving, tech- driven environments.

• Demonstrated ability to design or recommend procurement processes that align with regulatory or IPO-related requirements.

• Strong expertise in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement software tools 
  (experience with digital procurement solutions is a plus).
