Collection OA Supervisor

​What you will do

​

  • Plan and execute collection strategies to drive collection performance and optimize expenses through digital and non-digital collection channels

  • Plan and execute collection OA team to drive collection performance and optimize expenses through digital and non-digital collection channels to meet the target

  • Monitor, lead, train and evaluate the collection OA performance and propose the solution to achieve target and to improve debt recovery rates

  • Closely monitoring to number of call and promise to pay on actual payment and also monitor the result of collection OA phone collector and field collector

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of collection OA team and other collection tasks

  • Monitor and control to ensure collection activities comply with legal and company guidelines

  • Track and report on delinquency rates, identifying trends and potential risk areas to management team

  • Handle customer disputes and complaint professionally to maintain positive relationships

What we are looking for

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields

  • More than 3 years of experience in collections area or consulting roles

  • Best time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset

  • Comfortable in a fast-­paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation

  • Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication at all levels

  • Strong ability to work with full autonomy and little direct oversight

  • Occasional visit in Bangkok Metropolitan area and UPC area may be required
