ABACUS digital announces the success of its collaboration with PTG Group’s Max Solution Service. Under the collaboration, MoneyThunder loan services have been offered to PT customers via Max Me application. The total loan amount has now soared past 140 million baht, with both partners setting their sight on boosting further growth to raise financial inclusivity.
Ms. Phornnapas Chalermtiarana, Chief Operating Officer of ABACUS digital, reveals that the number of PT customers applying for MoneyThunder loans via Max Me has been growing continuously especially in 2023. When compared with 2022, the number has risen by 200%. The total loan amount has already exceeded 140 million baht. Abacus Digital’s business has grown by 180% from the end of 2022.
The collaboration between ABACUS digital and Max Solution Service aims to offer financial opportunities to those with a low credit score, paving the way for them to access safe funding sources and saving them from predatory lenders. As loans from MoneyThunder can be used as working capital or career upgrade, customers can then generate income and enhance their quality of life.
ABACUS digital plans to expand MoneyThunder customer base further via partnerships, which promise to grow business opportunities, and continue its focus on its portfolio quality. Currently, the percentage of non-performing loans in its portfolio is still three times lower than the market average.
