Nattapad is a seasoned designer in consulting, agriculture, and finance services. He currently leads the design and user research team at ABACUS digital, where he's responsible for efforts around understanding user and business needs, designing solutions that solve user problems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring these designs to life.

Before joining ABACUS digital, Nattapad worked as the Design Lead at IBM Thailand. In that role, he led a team in the delivery of innovative solutions to leading banks in Thailand. He has been able to organize discovery workshops and put in place processes that will make it easy for designers from different schools to work together. He was also a Senior UX Designer at Yara Thailand, managing the FarmGo product launch in India and Thailand, and it helped get to almost 2 million downloads in the first month. 

Previously, he led UX research at Brankas Singapore in the development of the APIX Platform for the Monetary Authority of Singapore, an online marketplace of financial institutions and fintech companies to publish and consume APIs.

Nattapad is the holder of a Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Thammasat University. His broad background and knowledgeability are definitely significant in the field of UX and UI design.
