Supika currently leads People & Organization at ABACUS digital focusing on integrated human resource practices, organization transformation, and employee experience.

Prior to working at ABACUS digital, Supika served as a consultant in organizational consulting companies and corporates providing advisory and implementation services on organization design and development, human resource management and people development for over 10 years with hands-on experience in organization and people management and transformation for companies in different organization settings and various industries including FMCG, oil and gas, banking and finance, telecommunication, healthcare, hospitality, and state-own enterprises. 

Supika holds a master’s degree in International Business from The Fletcher School, Tufts University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics (EBA) from Chulalongkorn University
