About this Role
The Product Team is central to our product development process. As a Product Manager focuses on platforms, tech infrastructure, and internal tools, you will be responsible for building scalable and stable infrastructure that is critical to our business operations. This role requires a foundational understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to learn more about software and infrastructure development. You will lead a squad team to deliver robust, high-performance systems that support our company's growth and efficiency. We are looking for a cross-functional and passionate Product Manager to innovate and execute in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
What you will do

Develop Product Roadmaps: Create a business-focused product roadmap for internal tools and infrastructure, build alignment, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the company.

Business Requirements and Prioritization: Develop detailed business requirements, understand technical details, prioritize and manage backlogs with your product squad to ship new products and system enhancements.

Monitor and Optimize: Define and monitor key metrics to measure the performance and success of the product, infrastructure and tools post-launch.

Clear Communication: Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions clearly across a wide range of audiences, from technical teams to leadership.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data-driven approaches, experimentation, and technical research to inform product decisions and translate business needs into product and technology solutions.
What we are looking for

Passion to change consumer finance for the better

Bachelor Degree in quantitative fields. Computer engineering background is a plus.

1+ years of experience in product management - building, shipping, and enhancing products

Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation

Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication at all levels
